ITCOMMS PR Agency Introduces an AI Media Trainer – a tool that helps top executives, founders, and government officials systematically prepare for interviews with journalists and reduce communication risks.

Kazakhstani companies and representatives of government institutions are increasingly facing a reality where a single unsuccessful interview can affect reputation, negotiations, and trust from the market and society. ITCOMMS’ new product addresses this challenge by simulating a real dialogue with the media.

“PR professionals often face an additional challenge when an executive lacks confidence: they doubt their ability to answer journalists’ questions properly and ultimately decline interview opportunities. As a result, PR specialists cannot fully perform their work. Through this project, we help communications professionals across Central Asia and the Caucasus teach their executives to speak confidently, without fear or hesitation,” says Alexander Likhtman, CEO of ITCOMMS PR Agency.

The AI Media Trainer functions as an interactive interview simulator: the user specifies the media outlet, context, and topic, after which the bot begins a conversation in the role of a journalist. It asks questions, analyzes responses, and in real time highlights where the message loses clarity, lacks supporting facts, or contains unconvincing wording.

The tool helps address key challenges faced by spokespersons: unpreparedness for difficult questions, an unclear core message, lack of supporting evidence, and the absence of a clear position on sensitive topics. Instead of generic recommendations, users receive specific feedback and suggestions on how to improve each answer. The bot supports Kazakh, Russian, Uzbek, and English languages.

The AI Media Trainer reduces interview preparation time and makes communication more manageable. This is particularly important in an environment where every public statement affects not only reputation but also business outcomes.

“The bot will be useful for anyone preparing for an interview: top executives, founders, and representatives of government institutions. Everyone can find practical value in it. Essentially, it is like a friend who rehearses interview questions with you beforehand, but at the same time analyzes your experience, understands the specifics of the media outlet, and tailors questions to a particular situation,” notes Alexander Reimer, PR Manager at ITCOMMS.

The tool is already available free of charge, both for preparing for individual interviews and for regular public communication skills training within teams.
